We are looking for a friendly and professional concierge to manage all client services. We're searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service to all our clients and understands the worth of superb customer service.

Concierges are responsible for connecting guests with the information they are looking for, setting up schedules and providing convenient service so that they can relax and enjoy their vacation or focus on business during a trip. They maintain relationships with local businesses and travel agencies to develop partnerships that can benefits their clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help with the organization of on-site events including weddings, business fairs, and corporate meetings.

Upon request of clients, make reservations at local establishments such as restaurants, businesses, hotels, and other entertainment venues.

Complete exchanges and returns in a timely and professional manner.

Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs.

Answer telephones and monitor the switchboard.

Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Maintain positive ongoing relationships.

Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.

Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.

Represent the company with integrity and dedication.

Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements

Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.

Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.

Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.

Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills; Proficient in Russian and English

Polite and confident with a great deal of patience

Ability in multitasking and time-management

Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
