Customer Service Representatives Roles & Responsibilities
Fluent in Russian & English. Verbal & written.
With UAE experience of the same role.
Handle all incoming calls coming to the centre and need to deal with all calls in a very professional manner.
Each & every part of the floor is checked including the reception area, meeting rooms, show offices, common areas, corridors, store areas, restrooms, stairways & lifts
Email & Voice mail handling
Deliveries, post & courier handling
Files & Database updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
