Concierge
Job Summary:
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a wide range of hospitality and customer service services. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area, answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
• Receive and handle parcels, packages, and mail for residents.
• Provide information and assistance regarding local services, directions, and reservations.
• Monitor access control, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Maintain a daily log of activities, incidents, and requests.
• Coordinate with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed.
• Assist residents with service requests and follow up to ensure completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or residential real estate.
• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
