What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.

\xc2\xb7 Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests\' stay.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests as necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and surrounding areas.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

\xc2\xb7 Offer personalized services to VIP guests and ensure their specific needs are met.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the latest information about events, shows, and activities in the area.

\xc2\xb7 Uphold the hotel\'s high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi\'s local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming personality.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize guest requests effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer skills.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with a concierge certification or hospitality-related training will be given preference.
