What you will be doing:

Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests\' stay.

Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests as necessary.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and surrounding areas.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Offer personalized services to VIP guests and ensure their specific needs are met.

Stay updated with the latest information about events, shows, and activities in the area.

Uphold the hotel\'s high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi\'s local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming personality.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize guest requests effectively.

Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates with a concierge certification or hospitality-related training will be given preference.
