to lead the development of innovative design concepts and transform spaces that reflect our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing interior designs for new branches, renovations, and special projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development:
Create innovative design concepts aligned with the brand's vision and functional needs.
Conduct trend research, mood board creation, and competitor analysis.
Design Execution:
Prepare detailed 2D/3D layouts, renderings, material boards, and presentation decks.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting suitable for the concept and budget.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.
Project Management:
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and project teams to ensure designs are executed effectively.
Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and address issues on-site.
Maintain timelines and budgets throughout all phases of the design process.
Branding & Aesthetics:
Ensure all design outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and elevate customer experience.
Contribute to visual merchandising and display concepts where needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial, hospitality, or beauty-related design.
Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Knowledge of building codes, material sourcing, and project workflow.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
