Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer/Architect

with 2-3 years of professional experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing interior design and architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and innovation in design solutions that align with client needs and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and space planning solutions for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality control. Stay current with design trends, local regulations, and UAE municipality guidelines (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 2-3 years of relevant experience working in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and rendering tools Knowledge of UAE building codes and local authority approval procedures. Strong design portfolio demonstrating a variety of interior and architectural projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

Currently available in the UAE, either on a visit visa or completed notice period who can join immediately
