Concept Architect
Job Description
We are looking for a Concept Architect with the following requirements and Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Create and develop architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives
Develop innovative design solutions that incorporate sustainability and functionality
Create high-quality presentation materials, including sketches, 3D models, and mood boards
Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, meet all technical requirements, and optimize guest flow
Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural software and technologies (e.g., Revit, Enscape)
Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other project documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working on architectural projects in UAE
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, sustainable design practices
Requirements:
Ability to commute to Dubai
