Key Responsibilities:
Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues for laptops and computers.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks for computers and peripherals.
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing laptops, desktops, and other computer accessories.
Provide detailed product information to customers and guide them toward the best solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure products are displayed effectively.
Keep track of inventory and report stock shortages or issues.
Stay updated on the latest trends and products in the IT industry.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in computer hardware/software repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of computer components, configurations, and operating systems.
Strong communication and sales skills to assist customers effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage).
