Job Overview

We are hiring a

Computer & Gaming Repair Technician

to diagnose and repair computers, laptops, and gaming devices while assisting customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair computers, laptops, and gaming consoles Replace hardware components (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.) Build, upgrade, and optimize gaming PCs Test devices to ensure repair quality Assist walk-in customers with technical support Support sales staff with technical guidance Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

Minimum

1 year experience

in computer or laptop repair Strong knowledge of PC hardware and components Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)*
Customer-focused, reliable, and punctual Willing to relocate within the UAE if required

Trial Information

Duration:

3 days

Evaluation based on repair quality, speed, and customer handling Good performance may lead to

immediate hiring
