Job Details
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training or certification in composite materials technology required.
Previous experience with more than 20 years of experience in composite material fabrication, testing, and repair, with a strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and techniques Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technicians, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements (8D, 5 why's and Isikawa diagram) are desirable
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations governing composite materials and manufacturing processes.
Certification in SAP, LEAN, 3P, SQCDP and 5S are desirable.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of composite manufacturing operations.
