Job Details
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training or certification in composite materials technology preferred, with minimum of 15 years' experience.
Previous experience in composite manufacturing or related industry.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Certification in LEAN, 3P and 5S are desirable.
