Key Responsibilities:
Perform composite lay-up, trimming, and repairs according to technical drawings and work instructions.
Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and sealants.
Operate vacuum bagging and curing equipment.
Inspect components for defects and perform necessary corrective actions.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Document work performed as per quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in composite manufacturing or repair (aerospace, automotive, marine, or similar industries).
Familiarity with hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and composite tooling techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Diploma/Certification in composites or relevant technical field.
