Job Summary:

The Composite Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all composite manufacturing activities within the production department, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules. The role involves supervising a team of composite technicians, managing workflow, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet aerospace industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily composite layup, curing, trimming, and assembly operations. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP). Manage and mentor composite production staff to achieve productivity and quality targets. Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Monitor inventory of composite materials and equipment maintenance. Implement best practices and support process improvement activities. Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in composite manufacturing within aerospace or similar industry. Strong knowledge of composite materials, tooling, and curing processes. Leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
