Key Responsibilities : The Junior Composite Production Administrator assists in coordinating and managing the production processes related tocomposite materials. This entry-level position supports the production team by maintaining documentation, monitoringinventory, and ensuring quality standards are met while gaining valuable experience in composite manufacturing operations.
Production Support: Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Documentation Maintenance: Help maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, production output, and quality checks.
Inventory Monitoring: Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products, and communicating needs for restocking.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to address production-related issues and share updates on project status.
Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying potential areas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production workflow.
Training and Development: Engage in training opportunities to enhance knowledge of composite materials and production techniques.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting or coatings preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the painting industry.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Require knowledge of SAP & Lean Manufacturing.
Physical Requirements:
Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions..
