Job Overview

We are expanding our

Composite Production Department

and are looking for experienced specialists in

composite materials

. If you have hands-on experience with

carbon fiber

,

vacuum forming

, and

resin infusion technologies

, and you take pride in producing high-quality parts -- we want to hear from you.

This is a

technical, workshop-based position

, not suited for entry-level applicants. We are looking for professionals who can confidently work with advanced materials and understand the standards required in motorsport-level manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing master models for mold-making Working with molds Performing vacuum infusion and resin flow setup Laminating carbon fiber and other composite fabrics Manual demolding, trimming, and post-processing Sanding, finishing, and visual quality control Supporting process optimization and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in composite part production (carbon fiber, fiberglass, kevlar, etc.) Confident understanding of vacuum infusion, bagging, and mold prep Familiarity with epoxy systems and curing procedures Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Motivation to improve processes and deliver top-tier product quality Basic English or Russian communication skills required
