Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of composite technicians and composite senior technician.

• Provide technical expertise and support to technicians.

Project Management:

• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and manufacturing procedures.

• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.

Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Training and Development:

• Train new technicians on proper procedures and techniques.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize product performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status and challenges.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training or certification in composite materials technology preferred, with minimum of 15 years' experience.

• Previous experience in composite manufacturing or related industry.

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

• Certification in LEAN, 3P and 5S are desirable.
