Job Description
Sunreef Yachts, a leading luxury catamaran and superyacht builder, is currently seeking a highly experienced and committed Composite Manager to join our team at the naval shipyard in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Composite Manager will have experience in managing a team of 20-30 people and be an expert in composite management in the marine industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the day-to-day activities of the composite team.
- Ensure that the composite department meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve departmental goals
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with other departments and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and seamless operations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in composite management in the marine industry
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 20-30 people
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with work hours.
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
