Synopsis Control and lead base maintenance check, modification and repairs leading a limited number of structure/ composite technicians. Certify all related assigned task in structure/composite under in house scope of approvals. Accountabilities Lead and/or perform repair and modification of both internal and external aircraft structure in accordance with Technical Manuals, Engineering drawing, Engineering Orders and manufacturing Specifications.Report to structure/ composite Manager/Lead engineer and is responsible for the completion of all assigned task with acceptable standards in relation to airworthiness and safety.Responsible for the control and performance of a group of assigned technical staff.Ensure that all aircraft documentation related to his work/project is completed and signed progressively.Ensure compliance to safety regulations and safe working practice procedures.Ensure compliance to tool control procedures and material control procedure.Working to high standards of housekeeping and FOD control Education & Experience High school leaving certificate /or Education to University /college degree with Valid Aircraft License UAE GCAA or EASA License and Apprenticeship with Airline or 145 organization or equivalent organization OR Aviation based Diploma.Must possess 6+ years of strong structural/ composite Aircraft Maintenance experience preferably with MRO and/or airlines maintenance.
