About the Role

The Compliance / SMS Officer will reporting directly to the Safety Manager and Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting both departments.





Primary Duties:


Processing of Aviation SMS reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions Perform on-site audits / inspections Implement documentation reviews and revisions Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff Promote QMS & SMS throughout the company Any other tasks as determined by the SMS Manager and QMS Manager




Minimum Qualifications:


High School Certificate Valid unrestricted UAE driver's license essential Previous experience within SMS




Job-Specific Skills:


Good knowledge of SMS Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel) Previous experience working with IQSMS Basic knowledge of WebManuals Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Good communications and interpersonal skills
