Urgently Hiring!!! We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Complaince Officer and MLRO for Real Estate in Dubai. He/She must have relevant experience as compliance officer and should be ACAMS/ CAMS Certified. :
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program for overall organization considering all business activities and processes.
- Adhere to regulatory reporting guidelines and filing required reports well before the deadlines.
- Oversee organizational anti-money laundering and CFT policies, procedures and controls.
- Act as point of contact to receive and submit suspicious activity reports taking appropriate action.
- Due diligence of FATF standards.
- Work with Sales Coordinator to implement necessary conformance with findings, documents control, and regulatory reporting.
- Train and educate staff regularly so that they are well informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines ensuring all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law and update and implement AML frameworks, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with AML & CFT laws and regulations.
- Preparing regular reports and strategic direction to senior management regarding compliance matters.
- Advise management on the company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures,practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
- Knowledge of FATF Standards ?
- CAMS Certified ?
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Real Estate Brokerage in UAE: 1 year (Required)
