Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a temporary Compliance Manager to support the effective implementation of the Corporate Compliance and Business Ethics program at its Head Office in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in shaping regulatory alignment, advancing anti-money laundering (AML) practices, and ensuring policy governance across the organization. The Compliance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to monitor risk, enforce compliance frameworks, and maintain integrity across business units.

Key Duties

• Support the vision and roadmap for the Business Ethics and Anti-Money Laundering program, aligning with the Holding Group's compliance framework
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of AML KPIs and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, including suspicious transaction monitoring and escalation
• Maintain and manage a central repository of critical policies and oversee the annual policy review cycle
• Develop tools and metrics for performance tracking of key legal and ethical obligations
• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and issue resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE and regional regulatory compliance requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Risk Management
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, or AML within large organizations
• Certification in Compliance Management (CAMS or equivalent) is preferred
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, AML controls, and corporate compliance standards
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and analytical capability
