Job Description

Looking for a compliance manager for a company based in Abu Dhabi, will be responsible for few of the following key compliance areas:

Policy development:

Create, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Risk assessment and audits:

Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and monitor the efficiency of control systems.

Regulatory liaison:

Act as the primary contact between the company and regulatory bodies, managing inspections, audits, and official communications.

Training and education:

Develop and lead training sessions to educate staff on legal requirements, company policies, and updates to compliance guidelines.

Monitoring and reporting:

Monitor business operations to ensure adherence to standards, research new regulations, and report findings to management.

Investigation:

Investigate potential violations and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month

Experience:
