Compliance Manager Retail

Location - Dubai
Industry experience - Retail Must . preferable from Gold and Jewellery
Regional experience must.
Experience -8+ years in compliance Risk /Regulatory role
- Must have multi juridical exposure as the position will be globally responsible for outlets.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/PF, data protection laws, and global compliance standards
- Experience with CDD/EDD
- suspicious activity monitoring, and third-party/vendor due diligence
- Skilled in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and maintaining compliance registers
- Proficient in regulatory reporting, audit documentation
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
1. Regulatory Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements across all regions of operation. Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and update internal compliance policies and procedures accordingly. Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage internal and external audits, inspections, and inquiries. Oversee the implementation of customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
