DP World Dubai is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the VP & Executive General Counsel in managing compliance across the GCC Region. The role ensures that DP World meets all regulatory, ethical, and corporate compliance obligations while driving consistency and integrity across its global operations. The position involves developing compliance frameworks, advising senior management on emerging risks, and maintaining a proactive approach to regulatory adherence across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic compliance support and advice to the VP & Executive General Counsel and senior management across the GCC Region
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with international standards
• Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust, GDPR, and Economic Sanctions
• Coordinate with business units to ensure adherence to Group global compliance policies and identify potential risks or violations
• Conduct periodic reviews of compliance programs and report findings to the Executive General Counsel
• Prepare and present compliance reports for internal stakeholders and management review
• Review and draft compliance documentation, contracts, and related regulatory materials
• Guide and mentor junior compliance team members, ensuring effective task execution
• Identify emerging regulatory risks affecting DP World's GCC operations and recommend mitigation strategies
• Act as a compliance ambassador promoting ethical conduct, safety, and adherence to DP World's core principles

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, or other English-speaking nations)
• Certificate in Compliance or related discipline preferred
• 7+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within multinational organizations, preferably in the Middle East
• Strong knowledge of international and regional compliance laws, regulations, and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-border compliance operations and coordinate with global teams
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex legal obligations into practical compliance procedures
