:
Responsible for supporting the implementation of Oracle's Compliance and Ethics Program and achieving program objectives, with a particular focus on conduction commercial transaction review and analysis and implementing remediation activities at the direction of C&E Counsel.
Responsibilities:
Advise and support Legal and Compliance colleagues, Sales and other business stakeholders on matters related to - commercial contracts, compliance, Customer focus and Oracle policies, practices and processes.
Examine RF/x bid documents, to assess the integrity of company approvals for business dealings.
Handle transactional due diligence (TDD) reviews in a timely and efficient manner for order closure and bookings.Maintain records and work with our corporate systems controllers to produce reports and analytics.
Participate in Legal and Compliance Department initiatives as the need arises and collaborate with Oracle Compliance Counsel and Compliance Officers locally as well as internationally.
Conduct training for sales and legal staff, and other employees regarding TDD and other compliance matters. May perform other duties as assigned.
