The Position

12 Months contract role.

We are looking for a Compliance Associate for a period of 12 months, based in Casablanca, Morocco.

You will report and collaborate with the Compliance Officer Export, you will assist with the continued development and implementation of Roche Diagnostics France's Compliance program for the Export Region (French speaking African countries).

Main Accountabilities: · Support monitoring activities, and control testing. · Support the performance of due diligence on proposed activities. · Escalate issues, including policy deviations, to the Compliance Officer Export. · Prepare reports to management. · Maintain Compliance Controls records. · Assist with training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements: · 2/4 years' experience maximum required in a compliance function, as a junior auditor, internal controller, or in a Quality Management department. (We are also considering profiles who just finished an ANAPEC contract).

· Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) · Highly trustworthy and reliable · Highly rigorous, thorough, and meticulous · Strong sense of confidentiality and personal integrity · Proactive Applicants should at least have a bachelor's degree (BAC +3/4)

This role will involve regular interactions with members of the Business, Support Functions and Third Parties.
