Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated
Compliance Analyst
to support our AML/CFT and regulatory compliance activities. This role offers a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in compliance, particularly in thejewellery and precious metals sector
.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing AML/CFT policies in line with UAE regulations Help conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and verify client documents Monitor transactions and flag any suspicious activities Support in drafting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) Maintain well-organized compliance records and reports Assist in internal training and sharing regulatory updates Help with sanctions screening and UBO documentation Support audit preparations and respond to regulatory queries
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field Around
1 year of experience
in AML/compliance Basic understanding of UAE AML/CFT laws and goAML platform Good attention to detail and communication skills Team player with a willingness to learn and growPreferred:
Exposure to the jewellery, gold, or DNFBP sector
CAMS certification is a plus
