Our Completions business drawing from the industry's broadest portfolio of proven products and innovative technologies, provides the specific infrastructure and well integrity solution needed to produce safely and efficiently for the life of assets. We create improvements and efficiency through service delivery, remote operations, automation, and advanced analytics.

Partner with the best This role is responsible for activities and processes that help the completions & intervention sales organization achieve business objectives. Also responsible for developing midterm vision on own function.

As a Completions & Well Intervention Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: · Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements. · Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. · Assists in customer negotiations. · Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth. · Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process. · Handles complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. · Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions. · Manages complex long-term sales processes. · Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance. · Handles important business unit clients. · Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. Handles big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth. · Selling to named accounts, addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process. Include key accounts within a single business group/ P&L · Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. · Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions. · Handles diverse clients in a region. · Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales. · Leads a department with large, estimated orders. · Handles local focus on medium size territory.

Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: · Have bachelor's degree in an Engineering field from an accredited college or university. · Hold 10 to 15 years of experience within the oil and gas industry in areas covering engineering, business development, commercial, sales and technical roles. · Prior experience relevant to completions and well intervention is preferred. · Have experience of leading and developing business strategy and planning for success. · Overall oil and gas business experience is required. · Excellent sales and technical skills. · Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and concise manner.
