The Company

Robert Half are working with a leading company looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This is a UAE National Appointment. The ideal candidate will have strong compensation and benefits experience, experience of working on projects and leading on job evaluation.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, conducting job evaluations, and enhancing HR analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze compensation data to make informed decisions on pay policies and adjustments.
  • Generate reports and present findings to management.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings align with market trends.
  • Monitor and review existing compensation structures for effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to establish fair pay scales.
  • Create and maintain a structured and equitable salary framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and HR analytics tools, including PowerBI, to extract meaningful insights.
  • Support the organization in workforce planning activities.
  • Assist in forecasting staffing needs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Ensure the alignment of compensation strategies with manpower plans.
The Candidate
  • UAE National
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7 years) as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics, with a strong preference for experience in PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully completing job evaluation and salary structure projects.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Experience in HRMS, particularly Oracle Fusion, is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
