Compensation & Benefits Manager MEA

YOUR ROLE

Compensation and Benefits Manager is generally responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews across all sub regions (ME - EAF - SAF - WAF - Levant).

Compensation and Benefits Manager plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company\'s goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Focus on Compensation and Benefits design and implementation across our Middle East, Africa and Levant Region.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Deploy Group policies and processes, implementing the rules of governance within the region.
  • Providing a comprehensive advisory service to HR Business Partners and operational managers across the business on all compensation and benefits areas
  • Recommend, develop, and lead implementation of best-practice C&B programs and policies to ensure that CEVA can successfully recruit, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Managing ongoing employee reward programs that provide for a competitive level of remuneration (salary and bonus) and benefits (pensions, medical insurance, company cars etc.) ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment to business needs and HR strategy.
  • Lead the C&B in Middle East, Africa and Levant.
  • Create and analyse job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications.
  • Performs Towers Watson and Mercer Job Analysis and Job Assessments.
  • Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Bachelor\'s or relevant degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management in Africa, Levant and Middle East countries.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
  • Extensive experience in the successful resolution of sensitive employee and or labour relations issues.
  • Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System
  • In-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures, and all federal and state employment regulation.
  • Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues.
  • Strong bias for action and demonstrated ability to drive assignments to closure within stated schedules.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations.
  • Experience in budget planning and implementation.
  • Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues.
