Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, guiding clients through the business setup process, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, referrals) Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose suitable business setup solutions Explain the UAE business setup process, including licensing options, visa requirements, and banking procedures Prepare and send proposals and follow up regularly to close deals Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM) Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and potential corporate clients Stay updated on changes in UAE business regulations and market trends
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in business setup and corporate services Female - European or Russian Strong knowledge of UAE free zones and mainland company formation processes is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu, Russian or other languages are a plus) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Proficient in using CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus) Have a network of channel partners is a big plus
