Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks and other jurisdictions as applicable.
2.Maintain statutory registers, company records, and ensure timely filings.
3.Draft board/shareholder resolutions, notices, agendas, and meeting minutes.
4.Coordinate with external regulators, legal counsel, and auditors.
5.Provide governance support to the Board and ensure best practices are followed.
6.Support company formation, amendments, and renewals across various jurisdictions.
7.Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding formalities.
8.Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
9.Coordinate internal announcements and HR communications.
10.Support offboarding, exit documentation, and basic employee queries.
Requirements:
1.Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI or equivalent).
2.4-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years in the UAE is MANDATORY.
3.Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
4.Well-organized with excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
5.Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
