A UAE-based Law Firm is looking to hire a Business Incorporation Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on the legal and regulatory requirements for incorporating new companies, partnerships, and other business entities.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for the incorporation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and national regulations.
Coordinate with government agencies, legal authorities, and third-party service providers to facilitate the timely and successful completion of company incorporation procedures.
Conduct thorough research on jurisdiction-specific regulations, tax implications, and licensing requirements to ensure clients\' understanding of the incorporation process.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, documents, and correspondence related to company incorporations.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the incorporation process, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive client experience.
Prepare and review legal documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements, and other relevant incorporation forms.
