Job Highlight:

• Fixed salary of 7,000 AED + 15% of company service fee (Service fee starts from AED 3,500)

• Turn Marketing leads (business setup) to closed deals
• Execute processes for licenses, security, visas, establishment card etc with Freezone, Mainland, Offshore
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients to ensure company renewal target
• Learn about competitors' products and consumers' interests and concerns to answer questions and provide comprehensive information
• Provide customer support in timely manner
• Identify the target market for possible leads and customer potential
• Support deep-dive analysis of business problems, conclusions, and solutions
• Maintain professional standards and a positive outlook towards work, team members, and clients
• Follow-up on leads and prospects generated through any of our marketing channels
• Develop sales strategies to improve team performance, sales procedure to drive sales growth in the assigned area
• Proactively make recommendations to improve direct marketing campaigns to open new channels, increase income and cost-efficiency.
• Prepare to build up a sales team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years working for a business setup company in UAE experience is a must

• Knowledge for: Company formation procedure of Mainland, FZ and offshore, PRO services, Contract system, etc

• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Target Oriented
• College Degree and above is required
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Good Microsoft Office Application Tools skills
