Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Company Formation Executive to join our team and assist our clients with setting up businesses across different company structures - Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore in the UAE. Job Responsibilities:
- Company Formation Expertise: Execute the end-to-end process of company formation for clients, including Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore structures, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with the latest UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to business setup.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding the most suitable company structure based on their business needs and objectives.
- Documentation and Paperwork: Prepare and review all necessary documentation and paperwork for company registration, licenses, visas, and permits.
- Government Liaison: Liaise with government authorities, free zone authorities, and other relevant bodies to facilitate the approval and licensing process.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and updates throughout the setup process.
- Driving License Requirement: Utilize a UAE driving license to visit government offices and meet with clients when necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in company formation services in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company formation processes.
- Familiarity with local business laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
