About the Internship

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious intern to support community operations and business development.

You'll work closely with our founder and operations manager to manage existing projects and create new revenue opportunities.

This internship is commission-based, meaning you'll earn from every deal or sale you help close -- ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience in Dubai's fast-growing fitness and property management industry.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing fitness operations across community gyms and pools Coordinate with property managers, trainers, and marketing team Assist in organizing community events and activations Generate leads and help close deals for training packages and partnerships Track and report progress weekly

Requirements

Passion for fitness, community engagement, and business Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-driven and results-oriented attitude Based in Dubai and available for on-site visits Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Compensation

Commission-based (earn percentage on revenue you help generate) Internship certificate provided upon completion Possibility to transition into a full-time role based on performance
