About Us:
Butter Bloom Bar is a floral design studio based in Dubai, specializing in bespoke flower arrangements, installations, workshops, and B2B flower supply. We work with leading hospitality brands, retailers, corporates, and luxury clients. We're looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Intern to help us grow our network and drive sales across both our workshop experiences and floral supply services.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify and research potential B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, event planners, corporates, retail brands, etc.)
Craft and send cold emails and DMs to introduce our services and offerings
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Coordinate follow-ups and track outreach progress
Report directly to the founder and support ongoing business development efforts
