We are looking for a Community Executive to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
At least 2 years in property or community management (preferably jointly owned properties)
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and community association governance
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and vendor contracts
Proficiency in property management software platforms (preferably Anacity or similar)
With a valid UAE driving license and a car
