We are looking for Community Engagement Manager *to represent the * voice of our brand and complement our team. We expect you to grow and maintain our cross-platform social media community as well as be the driver of our user onboarding experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage all user interactions / applications on our app including guidance on how to use and following up on any issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp
  • Help manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms
  • Interact with community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
  • Strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales
  • Monitor and provide feedback/generate reports on community engagement, sentiment and notable trends

Requirements to apply

  • Motivated and passionate
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media best practices
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Knowledge in Google ads and/or video editing software is a plus.
  • Creative and think out of the box
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Impeccable English writing and speaking, Tagalog is a plus
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience
