Job Description
We are currently hiring for
Community Coordinator
for one of the leading real estate developer in UAE.Responsibilities -
Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions. Understanding the values and culture of the company and how they influence what we do. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and adhere to grooming standards at all times. Ensures full compliance with the Law No. (6) of 2019 on the Ownership of Jointly Owned Property in the Emirate of Dubai ("JOP Law") and Directions therein. Assists the community management in maintaining updated data of homeowner /occupant data in ECM Direct. Promote community spirit and resident engagement. Respond promptly to all service requests and emergencies. Meets with the community line manager regarding issues within the community. Daily inspection of community facilities and common areas. Attends community management meetings when required. Recommends improvements and cost saving strategies. Works towards accomplishing ECM's KPIs & MBOs. Ensures the common areas are maintained as per agreed stand.
