with experience in Developer to manage the day-to-day operations of our Owners Associations in line with Dubai's JOP Law. The role focuses on ensuring resident satisfaction, service quality, and seamless community operations across Sobha developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Dubai JOP Law and community regulations.
Serve as the key point of contact for residents, handling requests, feedback, and complaints.
Coordinate and monitor service providers and contractors to maintain top-quality standards.
Conduct daily inspections of common areas and implement timely resolutions.
Support budgeting, vendor payments, and cost optimization initiatives.
Organize community events and promote resident engagement.
Manage crises, ensure health and safety compliance, and enforce community rules.
Maintain accurate homeowner/resident records and operational dashboards.
Prepare and submit reports to management and Owners Committees.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in community or property management, preferably with a real estate developer.
Strong knowledge of Dubai JOP Law and OA operations.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with vendor coordination, SLAs, and resident engagement strategies.
Graduate Degree (Engineering or Building Management preferred)
