Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and highly social Community & Marketing Manager to drive partnerships, collaborations, and lead generation across TBN (our strategy studio) and TBS (our digital magazine). This is a high-impact, people-first role that requires both strategic thinking and execution flair.

You Will:

Build & Nurture Communities around creators, brands, venues, and tastemakers relevant to both TBN & TBS. Drive Partnerships & Collaborations for TBS content features and TBN marketing retainers. Handle outreach (cold calls, emails, DMs) to convert leads for both divisions. Support and execute local events, mixers, and shoots that activate the community and strengthen our visibility. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all content and campaigns are rooted in real conversations and culture. Maintain lead pipelines and follow-up using tools like Google Sheets, Notion or asic CRM platforms.

Who You Are:

A people magnet who knows how to pitch, connect, and close. Passionate about culture, lifestyle, fashion, and food. You understand how content and community build brand value. You've worked in influencer marketing, PR, event curation, or brand partnerships. Comfortable with fast-paced environments, juggling both execution and relationship-building.
