Were building a real estate investment platform unlike anything the market has seen xe2x80x94 and we need someone who can turn members into advocates, leads into loyal investors, and referrals into a growth engine.
As our Community & Activation Manager, your job is to manage, motivate, and multiply our user base. Youll oversee everything from referral flows and gamification mechanics to member engagement and reactivation campaigns. Youre not a moderator xe2x80x94 youre a growth-oriented community strategist with a sales and retention mindset.
  • Manage and grow our viral invite 3 friends referral system
  • Design and optimize user journeys post-registration (activation, onboarding, upselling)
  • Build communication sequences for inactive users (reactivation, milestone nudges, bonus alerts)
  • Develop CRM flows for investors who:
  • Havent finished onboarding
  • Havent invested yet
  • Havent invited friends
  • Track referral performance and improve conversion at each stage
  • Work closely with our AI and Marketing teams to sync user segments and messaging
  • Coordinate reward logic for referral tiers (especially as we prepare a 3-level MLM structure)
  • Run bonus campaigns (Invest now, get xe2x82xac10 for each friend) and seasonal push events
  • Support power users and micro-influencers in bringing new users into the club
  • Build community feedback loops, ambassador programs, and loyalty features
