It's us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden nearly 30 years ago. We're now ramping up our operations across the MENA region, and we need a brilliant mind (hi, maybe you?) to help us make it happen.
Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. Basically, we exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet's resources in the process. And while that's a big deal, we also believe all that tastes better when, well, what you're having actually tastes better.
We're looking for someone who understands and can connect with the cultural pulse of the Arab and broader MENA region - especially in Saudi Arabia and the UAE - while also making Oatly feel relevant within Dubai's cosmopolitan, Western-influenced circles. Just as importantly, we want someone who can engage meaningfully with the diverse communities that shape the city, including Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, and other South Asian and Southeast Asian groups.
Coffee culture is exploding with new taste experiences across the region, and no, we're not talking pumpkin spice lattes. The fun part is helping figure out what's next, and making sure Oatly is right there in the middle of it.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Brand Activation Manager based in Dubai, you'll be our very first Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) employee in the UAE. Big deal? For us, yes. For you, hopefully too. Your mission: spot the right opportunities, bring Oatly into the most relevant spaces and communities, and make sure we show up in a way that locals actually notice and remember.
