We are seeking a talented Communication and Business Development Manager to join our Client\'s luxury art and furniture showroom in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up venture in Dubai, while working for a well-established company in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic communication and business development plan to promote the brand and increase the market reach in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic communication plan to promote the showroom and its products to potential clients, art enthusiasts, interior designers, and architects.

• Identify and reach out to potential leads through networking, cold-calling, and email campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as interior designers, architects, and art collectors.

• Organize and execute events to showcase the showroom\'s products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute high-quality content, including press releases, social media posts, and newsletters.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future business development strategies.

• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the showroom and identify new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.

Requirements:

Required:

• Excellent networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.

• Able to join between July and beginning of August 2023.

Preferred:

• A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the art or luxury retail industry.

• Knowledge of the art and furniture industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
