Alba Partners is actively hiring a Communications Manager. We are currently looking for a Communications Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating an impact in the communications management space and has the ability to contribute to the culture and strategic direction of our young but rapidly growing company. Core responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication Calendar: Establish and maintain a detailed communications calendar for the CIO, including key events, meetings, speaking engagements, and other commitments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Briefing Managing, and delivering transformational change engagements for leading organisations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. \xe2\x80\xa2 By working with us, you will be joining a dynamic and flexible environment with opportunities to work across multiple geographies and sectors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pack Creation: Develop comprehensive briefing packs and materials for the CIO\'s upcoming engagements, ensuring all necessary information, data, and talking points are included. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engagement Preparation: Work closely with the CIO to ensure he is fully prepared for all engagements, providing necessary background information, context, and logistical support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Note-taking: Attend meetings, conferences, and other engagements with the CIO to take detailed notes and capture action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up Support: Assist the CIO in managing post-engagement follow-up activities, including task tracking, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of commitments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on behalf of the CIO. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
