What you will be doing
As a Communications and Content Manager you will be part of CSM\xe2\x80\x99s Middle East team, contributing to the strategic development and executional delivery of a variety of communication workstreams with a focus on content ideation, production and delivery.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the comms workstreams on your account, building solid relationships with clients, mentoring juniors and supporting the senior team. You will report into a Senior Account manager and manage the relationship with a variety of third-party production houses who form part of your trusted network. You will be part of our Brand team based in CSM\xe2\x80\x99s UAE offices, providing Communications services for a brand with partnerships in motorsport and football.
Your key responsibilities will include: Content + Social
Manage the relationship with a variety of production houses to produce authentic, compelling content that aligns to overall strategic partnership objectives
Manage content process from ideation through to delivery including creating briefs, treatments and distribution documents
Mediate between the client and production house to produce partnership hero films, hub content series episodes, TVC\xe2\x80\x99s, race specific sizzles, and any other activation content across partnerships in motorsport and football.
Creating written editorial and social collateral and assets including features, op-eds, media briefings and short form content copy
Have an understanding of paid social campaigns and create tactical social media plans for our in house digital and data team to amplify campaigns across the season
Managing photographers and videographers on-ground at races and developing photography and content capture briefs
Planning + Account Management
Support in developing and delivering a Content + Communications plan to support the overall partnership activation strategy
Setting campaign KPIs, and overseeing measurement and evaluation / reporting
Attending weekly client, all agency and internal account meetings
PR
Undertaking client briefings ahead of media engagements and content capture sessions
Drafting of editorial materials to include press releases, messaging houses, Q+As, fact sheets and spokespeople briefing documents
Management of media activity including photocalls, press conferences and media pitching
Building strong relationships with strategic media contacts and managing media partnerships
The Skills and Experience you will need
A passion for sports including motorsport and football
Proven track record of working with production companies and an understanding of the creative process for visual content creation
Agency background with 2+ years experience managing partnership content
Strong contacts across regional and international production houses
Solution-focused and hands on approach to communications
Huge team player willing to put the team first
Ownership and strong interpersonal skills
Ability and confidence to guide and counsel clients
Proven ability to prioritise and time management
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Fluent in business English
Passion for travel and flexible to travel
Ability to build and manage budgets
