Answer the phone in a polite & timely manner, ensuring customers are made to feel welcome and at ease at all times Assist with any enquiries or questions customers may have in regards to our properties Assist customers with the booking process or provide information/assistance for them to book via one of our partner websites Handle payments for bookings including security deposits Manage passport/ID & other sensitive data as part of the booking requirement process Communicate with guest throughout the process/stay and in a timely manner to ensure they are aware and happy with the booking, terms and conditions and any other relevant information Assist the guest with any maintenance issues which may arise and communicate this to the relevant department to ensure action is taken Liaise with internal departments to replace breakages, request linen/towels/maid service
