Communications Admin Support: * Act as the primary point of contact for select communications related issues in collaboration with the Communications Specialist
Assist with the planning and implementation of the Corporate Communications strategy and any related guidelines and policies
Digital Communications Support: * Support with content creation and updates to the P&OML website on a regular basis and based on the need of commercial teams of Business Units
Develop the intranet platform to meet the needs of the organization
Manage P&OML social networking accounts and subscriptions
Internal Communications: * Deliver the quarterly P&OML newsletter with input from management and internal stakeholders
Organize P&OML\'s participation in local/regional exhibitions and events
Draft notices and internal announcements as required
Ensure the compilation and submission of a monthly Corporate Communications summary report, the corporate calendar, greeting cards etc.
Coordinate Video and photography as require
Branding - Production: * Deliver P&OML\'s collateral and design requirements
Oversee graphic design and editing of advertisements and brochures
Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines across the organization
Oversee development and production of year end and other corporate gifts giveaways, corporate stationeries and templates
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor\'s Degree required.
2-5 years communications and / or marketing experience
A confident communicator and presenter
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
Excellent organizational and planning skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Self-starter who thrives under pressure, can prioritise multiple projects, take the initiative and is driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment
